I was referred to The Spire Hospital at Harpenden to see Mr Andrew Irwin regarding an ongoing issue with Adhesive Capsulitis ('frozen shoulder').
My experience with Mr Irwin was faultless, from the initial consultation through to surgery and successful recovery. I was helped to understand what the underlying issue was, the options for intervention (we tried an injection before advancing to surgery) and felt that I was in very competent hands throughout.
The relief following surgery has been immediate and the resulting improvement in quality of life for me is significant. My thanks go out to Mr Irwin and his team!
I have no reservations in recommending Mr Irwin.
