Mr Hextall made me feel at ease from the moment I met him. He listened to all I had to say and asked questions as we went along to ensure he had the full picture of what was going on. He went through all the different options in which my problem could be treated and discussed these options with me and explained fully why he felt he had come to what he felt was the bexst option but totally leaving the decision on how to proceed to me. I was given a diagram to take home with the options listed and his secretaries telephone number incase I had any questions. On the day of the procedure again I was given a full explanation and was made to feel very reassured and was at all times treated with care. No question was not answered fully even down to my fear of being deaf in the recovery room and it was decided that I could wear my hearing aids during surgery which made the whole experience much easier on me. After care by Mr Hextall has been to the same standard of care.
