I was highly sceptical about getting a positive improvement in my situation through surgery. I have a lifelong chronic sinus condition that operations when I was younger failed to help. More recently it has affected by hearing, sense of smell and ability to taste my food. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. A massive improvement in all of the above, just in time for Christmas! The whole experience, from the consultation, the great staff at Ashford Hospital, the operation and ultimately the positive outcome has been brilliant. I can't thank Mr Cruise and his team enough.
