Mr Carrothers was always professional and sympathetic to my situation and the pain I was encountering when I went to see him.
He explained what he thought would have to happen after explaining the results from the X-ray and the MRI.
When I was hospital he came to see me before and after the operation and again was very reassuring and sympathetic and when he said that the after care would be arranged by the staff and his secretary, I was contacted very quickly and didn't have to wait at all.
Even though the post operative check up was delayed, he was very happy with the progress of my knee. He asked lots of questions and left the decision of an further injection up to me, but again reassured me that if there was any problem at any time we could get in contact with him.
His secretary sent an appointment date within an hour of my being back at work.
Overall I felt I received wonderful care and treatment from Mr Carrothers.
