A full examination of the hip was done at the first consultation. The different types of hip replacement operation were fully explained together with how it would be done with the care packages and costs fully explained. I was put at ease immediately before the operation and reassured that all had gone well afterwards. The follow up consultation was excellent with x-rays of the hip shown and all questions answered clearly. I unreservedly recommend Mr Carrothers.
