I got great care from Andrew Carrothers
I am female aged 69 and underwent Mako Robotic total knee replacement for extensive osteoarthritis damage at the Spire Cambridge Lea (private patient) just under 6 weeks ago.Mr Carrothers answered my extensive medical questions and reassured me pre-op .
His expertise and empathy is outstanding ,and I recommend 100 % his exceptional skills to any potential patients.
I am very pleased with my progress and recovery and amazed at the minimal scarring on my knee .
I will arrange for Mr Carrothers to replace my other osteoarthritic knee in due course.
The anaesthetist Professor Mahroof who Mr Carrothers works with was first class, and I was also very pleased with the care received at the Spire Hospital.
