Full left knee replacement. Feb 2024.
Great communication throughout the whole process.
Pleasant manner, put me at ease straight away.
Pre-op discussion, talked through the procedure step by step.
All my questions were answered.
Checked on me just prior to the op.
Followed up a few hours later after the op, gave some feedback and checked I was ok.
6 week post op check up, all went to plan, no issues.
Excellent service.
