Mr Hassaan was empathetic and engaging. He put my child at ease during what could have been a rather unpleasant experience for her (putting a camera down her nose to examine her throat). He explained clearly to her what he was doing, encouraged questions and did not rush us. He was good at explaining issues in language which both a child and a non-clinician parent could understand. He quickly established an allergy of which we had been unaware and in so doing has begun to address what has been a longstanding problem for her. We are looking forward to seeing him on our next visit to discuss her progress.
