Mr Kumar was really good at listening to the issues that I was experiencing and recognising when surgery was essential.
He knew what questions to ask and how to explain things without being condescending. He was fast and efficient and yet I never felt rushed. He gave me confidence in the treatment but also in my ability to recover.
He was really clear on which issues to address with the physio and which were for my GP. He kept me informed.
