I saw Mr Goyal as a self paying private patient after being seen previously within the NHS by another Consultant. I was discharged from the NHS but was still concerned about some of my symptoms and wanted a second opinion. I researched a number of Consultants but was impressed by the amount of information I could find about Mr Goyal, along with examples of his work .. .. .. and of course lovely reviews from other patients were also comforting to read. My first step was to send an email explaining my concerns and requesting prices. This email was answered in super quick time by Mr Goyal's secretary and within an hour all my questions had been answered and I was booked into an outpatient appointment for the following week. Mr Goyal performed a small procedure at this appointment (which I had already been given prices for prior to attending) and throughout I was put at ease by the calm and gentle manner of both the consultant and the accompanying nurse. Everything was explained prior to each stage taking place and I chose to return to the clinic for a follow up appointment and results of the procedure the following week rather than receive the results over the telephone. Thankfully my results were good results and they were explained to me in a manner which I could easily understand. Any questions I asked were answered and I never once felt rushed. Copies of all my test results and the letters that were being sent to my GP were also given to me. I couldn't have wished to have been seen by a kinder, or more friendly gentleman and I would recommend him wholeheartedly.
