I initially met Mr. Goyal when he investigated a lump in my breast, at the time I was also interested in undergoing breast augmentation and shared this with him. It was a very big life changing decision but was made easier as Mr. Goyal was so kind hearted, gentle and caring and I immediately trusted him. My first consultation regarding the breast augmentation was so thorough and not rushed at all, he took time to explain everything in great detail and understood what I wanted. I genuinely felt safe with Mr. Goyal and continued to feel that way on the day of surgery, I was very anxious as I had never undergone any surgery before but I felt at ease knowing it was Mr. Goyal taking care of me. Each appointment following the surgery I have experienced great care from Mr. Goyal and his colleagues and I feel as though Mr. Goyal went over and above to ensure that I felt comfortable and provided me with the best care possible.
