Dr. Al-Shammari was instrumental in putting my daughter at ease since she was very nervous and due to covid restrictions was not able to have any family support with her prior to the procedure. He was very thorough and explained every step before going into theatre. Whilst in theatre Dr. Al-Shammari kept the atmosphere very friendly and carried out the procedure with little discomfort. My daughter has fully recovered and is truly grateful for being listed at such short notice.
