The very thought of hospitalisation is quite scary for me but caring doctors like you make it truly friendly and pleasing.
Thank you very much for seeing me in an acute setting, you've kindly given all the time I needed to understand the procedure and addressed all of my concerns. Your key hole operation on my inflammed appendix was a success as I went home the same day and was back to normal in no time.
Thanks for adding a human touch to my treatment.
