Mr Jepson showed the upmost professionalism at all times, from the introduction to our final meeting, his skills in recognising my problem and communicating that were brilliant, the attention from himself and all members of the team were second to none. He has to be good I went back for the other shoulder to be sorted after 12yrs! The down side has to be he is an upper limb specialist and my knees are not brilliant!
