I could not recommend Mr Jepson highly enough. He was quick to identify the problem and suggested the least invasing option first, only opting for surgery as a last resort. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed at all points. Whilst he clearly knows his stuff, he took care to explain it in a way that I could easily understand, without coming across as condescending. Surgery went really well, and the recovery is going great too.

As a patient, I found him humble, focussed, authoritative in his knowledge and very professional. Very clear in explaining not only the description of the problems, but also the way to deal with them with his recommended operation and treatment plan. Mr Jepson has the great ability to not overwhelm his patient at all with the medical arrogance that so many do . He has great humanity and is able to relate to his patient, while being able to smile and show a good sense of humour.

When I first saw Mr Alistair JEPSON, I was in considerable pain and discomfort from a shoulder injury that had been troubling me for some time. He quickly diagnosed the problem which necessitated a reverse shoulder replacement, a complicated and comparatively unusual procedure. Mr JEPSON was compassionate and caring and explained everything fully, giving me confidence in the outcome which has since been fully justified. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his services.
