Having an endoscopy up my nose I thought I would do as I do for dentist work which is to close my eyes while the work is done. As I do have a number of medical conditions I have taken to writing a daily journal of what happens to me medicalwise so I have the detail when I am asked about what happens in the future. I have 9 regular medications on repeat order.
I would recommend for anyone with various conditions to make notes or have a diary that be referred to in the future. I find it is often the small things that can help medical practitioners help me the most.
Also making a list of questions prior to seeing any practitioner I find always a good idea.
Please note I could not locate from your list of specialties which one was applicable... nasal/ nose bleeds
