I was seen by Alex Hotouras two weeks ago today in his clinic at Whipps Cross Hospital. He examined me and then explained in ordinary language my husband and I could fully understand, what the problem might be. He said I needed a colonoscopy, which I had this afternoon, and before, during and after, he was very congenial, talked to me throughout the whole procedure, and made me feel much less on edge than when I entered the room. He didn’t use terminology above my understanding, but didn’t talk down to me either. Thankfully I was discharged with a clean bill of health. Without a doubt I would recommend him to future patients 100%, no ifs, no buts, no maybes.
