Dr Hotouras made me feel very comfortable with the procedure after explaining it in great depth.
Although my after care by the hospital was not great, as it was a new procedure they did not inform Dr Hotouras of my returns which led to some complications. However once Dr Hotouras was aware he personally took over my after care and ensured I was seen by himself and his team on numerous occasions to ensure my post op healing was on track.
Dr Hotouras personally called to make sure I was ok weeks after my healing, which for me shows his dedication to his patients. I would like to thank Dr Hotouras for making the whole experience as uncomplicated as possible and for also choosing me to undergo this new procedure as it has really made a difference to my day to day life.
