Alex was my Consultant today and he did a great job explaining what he was going to do and providing advice as necessary. He was quick efficient and kept me involved which is exactly what I wanted. In addition he fully involved the team with the procedure - to quote “six eyes are better than two”. I noted the team worked well with Alex as well. For reference the team were Kristan Keith Eco and Regina Villarreal and if they are on this tool will review separately. Thank You to the whole team.
