He is caring and efficient. Alex explained the entire procedure and I felt relaxed and at ease with the process, dispelling my anxieties. He answered all my questions and talked me through the pros and cons of the surgery I was about to undergo.
Alex is always available on email (or mobile phone in an emergency) and responds very quickly. He saw me for an urgent follow up within 24 hrs of my email to him.
As for the surgery itself, it went without a hitch and was totally painless.
