As soon as I met Mr Platt I felt instantly at ease with the decision I was going to make, he was really welcoming and friendly and he reassured me on everything I needed to know and I felt really comfortable and confident about going ahead.
The surgery went brilliant and I would 100% recommend choosing him as a surgeon. He really listened to what I had to say and how we would proceed with the procedure and I left knowing everything I needed to know about what to do before, during and after the op. I am so pleased with the outcome and wish I had done it sooner and if there is any further work I may want or need in the future I would always chose to go back to Mr Platt.
