Mr Platt was relaxed, calm and attentive. He asked about why and then explained multiple times about the procedure and what would happen. He was always just an email away with any questions big or small and his response time was always extremely quick. On the day of the surgery he can to see me and again explained what he would do, and the day after he popped in to see how I was doing. 2 weeks post op and I can't believe the results already. Looking forward to the next few months to see the finished result. Thank you!
