From the first zoom call to the most recent follow up appointment, Mr Platt has been kind, considerate and informative. He managed my expectations throughout and listened to what I wanted and answered all of my many, many questions.
The day of the surgery went perfectly and he even came to see my afterwards to make sure I was okay. The results he’s given me are superb, beyond my wildest expectations and he is truly an artist!
I know it asked for constructive feedback but I can honestly say there is nothing I feel he could do better.
