Mr. Hannan was the ultimate, kind and gentle medical professional that you could ask for. I went in for micro-suction of my ears after having trouble for a number of months with pain in my ear. Mr. Hannan explained in detail every step of the procedure and gave great advice for how to handle things moving forward. If I should have an issue with my ears again, I will most definitely be coming back!
