He listened and was very interested in SOLVING the issue. He also took into consideration that I'd seen others, and he identified something very unusual that they, in all good intentions, missed. At no time did I feel like he was simply reading off an if-then diagnostic web site, he drove the investigation, and brought resources to bear as necessary. In particular, I appreciated that he didn't get an attitude (like some) when he found me to be an active patient, and during the treatment phase, did a little reasonable research on my own. Very welcome and appreciated.
