I travelled quite a distance to see Dr Hannan, from Newcastle to London. I did so after having a bad experience at a private clinic in Harrogate with another doctor. I was feeling deflated and about to give up on having otoplasty or EarFold. Then I saw Dr Hannan. He is so lovely, caring and professional. I could not have found a nicer man to talk to about my options. He was very patient and outlined all of my options in detail. Even though I was nervous and usually do not like talking about my problem as I find it deeply embarrassing, Dr Hannan put me at ease. I can’t wait for surgery now and it was worth every penny of the trip. Faith restored in private healthcare system.
