I saw Alam this year at the Platinum Medical Centre (Wellington Hospital) regarding a deviated septum and sinus problems that I had experienced for many years. Alam was professional and polite during all our consultations and made me feel very comfortable. I received my consultation notes very promptly and was always kept up to date.
Following scans and tests, I eventually had surgery to correct my deviated septum (rhinoseptoplasty), alongside Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) at the Royal Free Hospital (private ward).
On the day, Alam made me feel at ease and discussed the surgery with me beforehand. Post surgery, he was very helpful and advised me as to what to do in order to ensure the healing process was as effective as possible.
I have seen Alam twice since my surgery, and both times he has taken a genuine interest in my recovery. I would definitely recommend Alam for both his professionalism and service.
