Mr Hannan put me at ease as soon as my appointment started. He listened intently and sympathetically to my explanation of my current hearing problems and went through all the potential reasons that may be causing me discomfort.
He arranged for a series of diagnostic tests and explained the results clearly, putting my mind at rest as he eliminated the more serious worries I had about my condition.
Mr Hannan came across as a genuinely nice man who is very enthusiastic about his work.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him or his service.
