The first contact was via telephone, he listened to my story and after that he seemed to have a very good idea what the issue was. He gave me a F2F appointment for the next day as well as an appointment with the Audiologist. He explained everything and answered all my questions. His initial diagnosis was confirmed and I was referred to another team for rehab/treatment. It took 2 days to get this sorted, amazing!
