Mr Alaa Talaat put my mind at ease the moment I sat down. I felt comfortable throughout the entire examination and automatically knew I could both trust and confide in both Mr Talaat and my chaperone Sarah Tight. Both kept professional yet friendly the whole way through, making my experience. I could tell both had vast experience which made me feel calmer and took the anxiety off the whole situation.
