We have received fantastic service throughout our IVF and hopefully a positive test next week. What I found great was the personal service, for example, always on the end of the phone and replied to text messages very quickly which is what you want when having treatment a personal service. Mr Khalaf is always so positive and always makes us feel comfortable. I also found making appointments very easy, always flexible Sam
