We were private patients of Professor Khalaf undergoing IVF treatment and we very much appreciated his 'available at all hours' approach to our care. We appreciated that he did not give us false hopes (we are in the 41-42yrs bracket) and liked very much his manner which was always kind and positive without being sentimental. He patiently responded to our often panicky calls and texts, and put our minds at ease as he guided us through three rounds (the third of which was successful). His advice felt authoritative which was reassuring as there was far too much often contrary information to read online and he ultimately made us realise we were paying a specialist for an important reason and that self-diagnosis was self-defeating and added to the stress. We enjoyed his humour and although we are delighted to have conceived, we are even a bit sad not to see Prof Khalaf anymore. Shukran to you and your team for everything Professor Khalaf!
