What an asset this consultant is to his profession. Dr Ajmal Masood was understanding and empathetic. He took the time to explain in detail. I already knew my condition with vocal cord paralysis but wanted a second opinion. He gave me this second opinion in a concise and extremely helpful manner. I left feeling as though I had learnt something about my condition and learning to accept it but also ways of helping.
