A medical appointment is always a worrying occasion but Mr Masood was calm and reassuring. He was extremely professional and explained the procedure I was to receive and carried it out competently - didn’t feel a thing ! Mr Masood then fully explained his findings and how I could manage the way forward. I was very impressed with the whole procedure and would like to express my thanks to him and members of his team.
