I saw Mr Masood in his outpatient clinic yesterday. After initial hearing tests by an audiologist he took a clear history, checking the details, carried out a thorough examination of the relevant systems and asked me to perform some clinical tests. He went through likely diagnoses, checked my understanding, asked if I had any further questions and arranged some investigations. I found him very professional and reassuring and was impressed by his communication skills and excellent bedside manner. Highly recommended.
