I was made to feel very comfortable by Mr. Fairbank who listened to my health problems, treated me like an intelligent individual and was very reassuring about the outcome of my proposed surgery.
He explained the procedure and the pre and post-operative care in detail.
I was very impressed with his calm,kind and and professional attitude towards me.
I hope to undergo knee surgery in September this year and feel very confident of a successful and in eventful recovery.
