I recently had a procedure and Mr Barnett talked me through what was going to happen, why it needed to happen and possible outcomes. Although the procedure was quite embarrassing for me, Mr Barnett put me at my ease and performed what was necessary as quickly and smoothly as possible. As he prepared for all outcomes it didn't shock me too much when I needed further treatment and he delivered the news personally in a calm, compassionate way which I appreciated. He was happy to answer any questions I had and I am happy to recommend him to anyone with a similar problem. Thank you Mr Barnett for your care.
