The appointment was on time. Mr Mandal was thorough and empathic with a very professional manner. He communicated well, answering questions clearly and explaining the procedure well. I felt very comfortable being treated by him and hopefully the outcome will be successful. I cannot think of any obvious aspects of his treatment which could be improved.My sincere thanks to him.
