Mr Mandal is a warm, respectful, open doctor who showed value for me as an individual and reassured me throughout my entire patient.journey. From seeing him in the outpatients department, through to having my procedure done in the day unit, he demonstrated great communication and support and I felt that he truly cared. During the procedure he explained what was happening and checked I was ok throughout and gave clear advice on post procedure follow up. I feel fortunate to have had my procedure done with him.
