The first time a saw Dr Mandal he was very empathetic to my condition. His prognosis was clearly explained and following treatment his further consultations were helpful and reassuring.
I really appreciated him pushing me (I'm quite a large gentleman) in a wheelchair from one-side of the hospital to the other, to avoid delays in waiting for a porter!!
