Following weight loss of around 4 stone through diet and excercise, I was left with a considerable amount of loose skin and overhang which despite my best efforts to lose / minimise remained unsightly and was affecting my body confidence and mental well-being. After considering the option of abdominoplasty for a couple of years I finally decide to move forward with the surgical option. I looked for recommendations and did research to find a consultant and quickly reached the conclusion that Adam Sawyer was the best in the field in my local area. From the very fist meeting with Mr Sawyer, I was made to feel at ease and everything was explained very calmly and clearly. He answered all my questions and concerns and I had no hesitation in booking in my surgery straight away. Communication with Mr Sawyer's office was very efficient leading up to my admission into The Harbour Hospital in Poole. On the day of the operation, Mr Sawyer reviewed everything we had discussed previously and made me ready for surgery ensuring I was comfortable and relaxed. As with any surgery, the first few days were quite painful, but I was given first-class after care and was really looked after during my follow-up appointments and checks. I am so pleased with the results and now have the flat stomach I yearned so long for. Obviously the inevitable scarring takes time to fade but 6 months on its already looking great, has healed extremely well and is very neat. I cannot thank Mr Sawyer enough and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him and his team for whatever cosmetic surgery requirements.
