I was treated for a condition that required multiple injections to both palms and tips of my hands. Mr Adam Sawyer explained to me the process multiple times and explained the pain relieving options available to me. we decided upon a local aesthetic - unfortunately the local did not numb my hands and pain was felt on every injection. Throughout the whole process Mr Sawyer was constantly ensuring I was ok and suggested multiple times that we only do one hand (rather than the planned 2 due to the pain it was causing me), I refused this and continued to have both hands treated. To keep my mind off the pain Mr Sawyer and I would continue to have conversations which somewhat distracted me. during the process of the injections Mr Sawyer could not have been more encouraging and concerned over the pain I was feeling. I could feel the distress he was feeling for the pain, which was comforting. following the procedure we discussed my options for my next procedure in numbing the pain and together came up with further pain alleviating treatments - which I feel confident will work. In conclusion Mr Sawyer could not have been better, he was very informative on the process during the online and in person consultation, and incredibly caring and sympathetic during and after my procedure - phoning me once I had left to ensure I was okay. My treatment has worked wonderfully thanks to Mr Sawyer.
