I have met Mr Sawyer, several times now. He is such a lovely guy always putting you at ease with his calming demeanor, as I am a bit nervous before treatments. He always explains everything in an easy to understand language, and also doesn't give false expectations, pointing out the limits of the procedures that I have, with my burn scar tightness, ( Every time though I have been more than pleased).
The professionalism that he shows with his colleagues and with oneself both before during and after the procedure is second to none.
I genuinely would be able to make any suggestions on how to improve the care that I have received with Mr Sawyer and the rest of his department.
