Firstly, apologies for late reply. I am the husband of Gwyneth Megan Jones. She, myself and our daughter, Lynne Hill (who is a Theatre Staff Nurse) met you on 4th February. We had met you on a number of occasions previously and you operated on my wife for Bowel Cancer on 3th December last year.
