I've had my initial appointment and feel very reassured by Miss Haoula's approach. She listened and was decisive, informing me of what she plans to do when she operates. She has a lovely manner and sense of humour. It is evident that she is an expert in her field. Very knowledgable.

Finally a doctor that not only listens, understands, talks through everything with you and puts your mind at ease. I can't recommend her highly enough. I can't think of a single thing that could be improved - my 3 visits have all been on time, I felt completely comfortable and well informed. A great job well done.
