Dr. Zeina's attitude was very bad, and it was clear that she kind of did not like me, making fun of my condition and the pain I was experiencing. Her behaviour was disrespectful and provocative. I felt humiliated during this meeting, and my exhaustion increased significantly both physically and mentally.

I had surgery at the treatment centre qmc. Everyone was lovely, miss haula was very reassuring, constantly winking/touching my arm, which i needed because i was so nervous. She seemed confident and competant and honestly couldnt have asked for better. I was worried after reading reviews and i do understand them as she is abrupt but i dont think its intentional i think she just knows what shes doing.

Before having surgery I was very concerned to have this with Miss Haoula, as I’d already seen her reviews online. I decided to go ahead with the surgery as I couldn’t mentally wait any longer due to the severe pain I have been in for such a long duration. I feel as though I dismissed and back to square one as I am now still in severe pain since my operation. No images were taken during the surgery, during my surgery and also on reports she had just put “No endometriosis found”. There was no further information to say where she had looked for the endometriosis.

I was scheduled for a ablation and resection for possible endometriosis, which I thought the ablation would take place to try and ease the awful pains I’m experiencing, I was left feeling deflated and defeated, one nurse who I asked if the ablation had taken place suggest that it’s likely fibromyalgia! Which I do NOT suffer with at all! I will definitely be seeking another consultant as I am back at square one to find out why I’m in pain!

I found Ms Haoula, very rude, abrupt and insensitive. Her people skills and her manner need addressing! I would not recommend her at all!
