Miss Nuñez was great at explaining to me what I had done and what my next steps are with my recovery. She distracted me from the injection she gave me and spoke to me, about something of my interest to help me cope with what was happening.
I witnessed her supporting another patient through a traumatic cast setting and spoke to her like a equal and made her feel relaxed through her experience.
Miss Nuñez apologised for any delays and was always smiling.
