I attended St Thomas's Hospital in February for a planned gynaecological procedure under GA. Dr Nandy introduced me to her and took the time to go through the planned procedure with me, this was despite knowing that members of her team had spoke to me earlier. She gave me lots of time to ask questions and did not make me feel rushed. I felt that she demonstrated good patient care and didn't take it for granted that I completely understood the planned procedure and follow up.
The procedure went well and Dr Nandy came and spoke with me afterward to go through initial findings and follow up fore results.
I had very severe pain and discomfort when I came round from the procedure and the nurse caring for me contacted Dr Nandy to inform her about my pain very quickly. I received good analgesic cover and the pain soon settled.
I felt very safe and well looked after by Dr Nandy and her team.
