I saw Dr Nandy and the nurse today for a colposcopy. Everything was explained clearly and effectively And although I was apprehensive I was put at ease. Both were chatty and relaxed me and the procedure was over quickly, before I had even realised it was complete.
We talked through the results and feel confident I am in extremely professional and expert hands. In a short space of time Dr Nandy established trust, in a kind but authoritative manner.
