I was impressed by the doctor's empathy, patience and willingness to explain any issues i did not understand. I felt reassured of the care i was to receive including the treatment of the recommendation of HRT with an understanding of my condition and with sensitivity. All my fears were allayed. I was very grateful for the care especially as it is during the week of radiologists strikes and other consultant strike. Left the clinic at peace inside and ready for the outcome of the future with optimism. I never once felt hurried. Thank you so much.
